I came across Alex's profile while looking for a last minute photographer to shoot family photos with our dog Jax, who we learned had limited time remaining. Alex was not only incredibly responsive to my inquiry, but also went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience given the circumstances. Alex took the time to get to know and understand our family and our love for Jax. Although it was an incredibly sad day for us, Alex took the time to make sure we had the best possible experience. Our pictures are so amazing, and I'll cherish them forever. I can't thank you enough, Alex. Alex is an absolute professional to work with. As we discussed the shoot online, he had already envisioned images using colored smoke bombs and his artistic thoughts were already churning on how he wanted to capture the images. Day before the shoot, the weather forecast was showing a storm coming in the afternoon during our shoot. I was inclined to cancel because it was a distance to drive to the location for each of us, and I didn't want to prepare for the shoot, only to arrive to torrential downpour that would have made it impossible to shoot. Anyhow, Alex encouraged me not to cancel based on speculation (yes, forecasts have been inaccurate...), and to see how the next day actually went and we would communicate till the last min. As it turned out, it was only an intermittent light drizzle, and that didn't put a dent on our plans. We were able to shoot for the 2 hours we planned. We were able to take our time in selecting ideal spots, poses, composition, and for Alex to adjust lighting, positioning and camera settings to create some of the most artistic images I've ever collaborated on! Thank you so much, Alex, for a challenging yet successful shoot! If anyone would like to hire Alex for an artistic shoot, rest assured his ideas, plans, creativity and artistry will produce images beyond your expectation! Highly recommend! How fun to work with. Alex was incredibly considerate as we executed a photoshoot on the day I proposed to my fiancée! He is very generous with his time--which was particularly appreciated to keep the surprise--and genuinely cared to make our day as personal and special as I had hoped.
